I have no hesitation in recommending Smarter Security Solutions (SSS). I have worked closely with SSS at Kettering General Hospital for over 6 years. They provide all the hospitals needs in CCTV systems (Hikvision) , Access control (TDSI) and intruder Alarms (Various makes and models). I have always found SSS management team to be very professional in their dealings with myself and the hospital. I find their standard of work more than satisfactory so much so that I had no hesitation in awarding them a five year maintenance contract for the Hospital (April 2019). Their staff are highly trained, multi skilled and motivated to provide a great service. If any issues arise I have found the SSS management team to be open and honest in all its dealings with the hospital and to quickly resolve these issues.
We had SSS install our home security system and cannot fault their service. Every member of their team that we have been in contact with has been friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The system itself is easy to operate and very reliable, so much so that we have recommended it to close family members who have also gone on to use SSS.
